What we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

  • Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
  • Your account. Your name, email address and profile picture from the GitHub or Google account you sign in with.
  • Your work. Your projects, tasks and messages, and a record of what agents do for you.
  • Your code. When you give our GitHub App access to a repository, agents copy it into a sandbox to work on it.
  • Logins for services you connect, so agents can use them for you.

How we use it

Only to run Final for you. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your code or your work to train AI models.

Cookies

We use two cookies: one remembers how you last signed in, the other your display settings. Your browser also keeps your session and your color theme. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else sees it

We use these services to run Final:

  • GitHub and Google for signing in, and GitHub for your repositories.
  • OpenAI for AI models. When the assistant or an agent works, the text and code it needs are sent to OpenAI.
  • Daytona for the sandboxes where agents work.
  • Convex for our database.
  • Cloudflare for storing records of what agents did.
  • Vercel for hosting this website.

We share your data with anyone else only when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Everything travels over encrypted connections, and we encrypt the logins and tokens we keep.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email privacy@final.software.

Children

Final isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
