Final

Terms

Last updated September 26, 2026

These are the rules for using Final. By using it, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Who can use Final

You must be at least 13. If you use Final for a company, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for everything done with it, including by agents you start.

Your code and your work

They stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Final for you. What agents make for you is yours too.

Agents

Agents act for you: they read and change code, run commands and use the accounts you connect. They make mistakes, so review their work before you rely on it.

Other services

When you connect another service, such as GitHub, its own terms apply to your use of it too.

Fair use

Don't use Final to break the law, to harm other people or their systems, or to overload or get around the limits of Final or its sandboxes.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Stopping

You can stop using Final at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Final is early

We provide Final as it is, without warranties. It will change, and parts of it may stop working or go away.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top.
